Cabarets

Caitlin created her first NYC cabaret, You and I and all of Us, in collaboration with Curtis Reynolds in 2017. She returned to Don’t Tell Mama in 2021 for her next cabaret, Times After Us, prepared with collaborator Ryan Buchanan. You can find material from both of these shows on her Youtube Channel. She also created and starred in a cabaret-style concert called “A Century of Song,” presented by El Taller Latino Americano and the NY Department of Cultural Affairs in July 2022.

Original Groups

Voices in Flow

From 2016-2018 Caitlin was an original member and the music director for a NYC-based vocal group, Voices in Flow, that explored the intersection of music and mindfulness practice (being present) through workshops and interactive live performance that featured musical improv exercises, meditation and prepared repertoire.

Champaign-Urbana Youth Glee Club

In the Summer of 2015, as a junior in high school, Caitlin started a “youth singing group” that became the Champaign-Urbana Youth Glee Club. Over the next several years, C-U Youth Glee Club presented once-a-week and half-day camp programming that always culminating in a themed, choreographed concert of repertoire completely hosted & emceed by the cast.

Alumni of the group have gone on to study theater and/or music at the college level, attended prestigious pre-college arts institutions such as the Interlochen Academy, become professional performers, and released original albums of music. This group was a life-changing acknowledgment of Caitlin’s desire to lead and see a vision fully materialized. It never could have happened so successfully without the support of many colleagues, loved ones, and generous parents of the talented participants.
